GMIS is a fully integrated System
that caters all the needs of a Garment Manufacturing Industry. This
system controls all the relevant departments and produces an interface
among them. It controls the production cycle of the jobs in process
and can provide complete information about the status of the Job
with the cost incurred in various phases of Production. Due to its

Production sequence from Buyer in accordance to the one or more
Delivery Date(s)
4. Choosing the Best Supplier with the defined criteria's
5. Preparation of Purchase Order and option of sending by Email
6. Monitoring the Flow of Materials from and to the Stores
7. Daily Production Report at various levels like Operator-wise,
Machine-wise, Process- wise
8. Grading of Workers according to their level of Productivity
9. System provides facilities to give Job Order for one or more
Production Process and Sub Order
10.Machine and its accessories availability with the Machine's Maintenance
history are maintained
The System is integrated with the
Finance Module and HRMS Module (with the provision of Bar Code &
Swipe Card)
The accountability is enforced by
allowing to Issue of Material on Request and provide checklist of
Materials received at every stages viz Request, Issue, Receipt.
To be precise, this System itself acts as Material Audit Software.
The system provides efficient Security
by proper levels of user creation and allowing them the required
access level only.
In the nutshell, the proposed system
will develop to function as a Decision Support System instead of
just automating the process.
